# Umsatzsteuer im Kostenvoranschlag

In der Positionsliste eines Finanzdokuments (bspw. eines Kostenvoranschlags) werden die Positionen oder Leistungen des Auftrags aufgelistet.

### Keine Umsatzsteuer in Kostenvoranschlägen

Von anderen Dokumenten wie Ausgangsrechnungen oder Gutschriften unterscheidet sich die der Kostenvoranschlag dadurch, dass kein Feld für Umsatzsteuer unterhalb der Netto-Summe geführt wird.

D.h. die Leistungen werden netto angeboten, ein Verweis in der Fussbemerkung unterhalb der Positionsliste erklärt, dass sich das Angebot zzgl. der gesetzlichen Umsatzsteuer versteht.

Dieser Verweis ist rechtlicher Bestandteil des Kostenvoranschlags und darf nicht fehlen.

Der Verweis wird üblicherweise beim Anlegen des Dokuments automatisch eingefügt, wenn er als Standardtextbaustein für Kostenvoranschläge angelegt ist.
