Ob sie genutzt wird oder die Projekte manuell angelegt werden muss im Einzelfall entschieden werden. Ein manuelles anlegen empfehlen wir bei einer vertretbaren Anzahl, da so der Umgang mit dem System bereits geübt wird. Ein Systemwechsel ist immer auch eine gute Möglichkeit die Daten aufzuräumen und nicht benötigte Projekte zu entfernen.
