# Zeiterfassung an Aufgaben (ehem. Vorgänge)

In einem grösseren Projekt kann es Sinn machen, Zeiten nicht nur generell auf das Projekt zu erfassen, sondern Aufgaben anzulegen, die Teilabschnitte, Milestones oder konkrete Aufgaben in diesem Projekt repräsentieren.

So lässt sich nicht nur auswerten, wie viel Arbeitszeit im gesamten Projekt angefallen ist, sondern auch auf welchen Abschnitten des Projekts. Dadurch ergibt sich ein wesentlich transparenteres Bild.

In den Einstellungen kann generell die Möglichkeit geschaffen werden diese Option zu aktivieren.

Dadurch erscheint an jeder Aufgabe eine Checkbox "Diese Aufgabe in der Zeiterfassung zur Verfügung stellen". Das bedeutet, du kannst auch nur bestimmte Aufgaben für die Zeiterfassung aktivieren.

## Troubleshooting: Ich kann keine Zeiten an Kostenvoranschlagspositionen erfassen

* Ist Zeiterfassung generell im Projekt im Reiter Einstellungen aktiviert?
* Ist die KV-Position für die Zeiterfassung aktiviert?
* Bin ich berechtigt, das Projekt und den Etat zu sehen (Im Projekt und Etat im Reiter Einstellungen und Zugriffsrechte)
* Ist der Kostenvoranschlags-Status in der Liste enthalten, die unter Einstellungen > Finanzen > Kostenvoranschlag für die Zeiterfassung zulässig ist?
* Bin ich generell berechtigt, die Projekt-Zeiterfassung zu nutzen?
