# Zahlungsziele & Fristen

Das Standard-Zahlungsziel für Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen sowie Gutschriften und die Standard-Gültigkeitsdauer von Kostenvoranschlägen kann unter *Einstellung > Finanzen* definiert werden:

#### Einstellungen am Etat

Für bestimmte Etats lassen sich Standard-Zahlungsziele für Ausgangsrechnungen sowie die Standard-Gültigkeitsdauer von Kostenvoranschlägen ändern, so dass für neue Dokumente in Projekten dieses Etats die entsprechenden Standardwerte übernommen werden.

Die Einstellung kann im Etat im Reiter *Einstellungen > Fristen* angepasst werden:

#### Einstellungen am Kreditor und Debitor

Ist nichts am Kreditor oder Debitor hinterlegt, wird für ein neues Dokument der Standardwert aus dem Etat übernommen. Ist dort auch nichts definiert, der unternehmensweite Standardwert.

Debitoren können über *Finanzen > Offene Posten > Debitoren* im Reiter *Debitoren-Kontakte* und Kreditoren über *Finanzen > Offene Posten > Kreditoren* im Reiter *Kreditoren-Kontakte* bearbeitet werden. Das Feld darf frei bleiben, dann wird der jeweilige Standardwert aus dem Etat oder aus dem Unternehmen genutzt.
