# Prozess-Konfigurator für Projekte

Unter Einstellungen > Prozessdefinitionen findet sich der Prozess-Konfigurator für Projekte.

Dieses Modul erlaubt das aktivieren und deaktivieren von Projekt-Status-Schritten und ermöglicht auch die Konfiguration von Berechtigungen für bestimmte Status-Schritte.

Verfügbar sind die folgenden Status:

#### Aktiv

Auf das Projekt können nun Zeiten erfasst werden und Rechnungen gegen das Projekt gebucht werden. Es taucht außerdem in Berichten auf. 

#### Geschlossen

Das Projekt ist abgerechnet und geschlossen.

#### Abzurechnen (optional)

Das Projekt wurde beendet und dann nun abgerechnet werden.

#### Ruhend (optional)

Das Projekt pausiert momentan.

## Berechtigungen für die einzelnen Schritte definieren

Im Konfigurator kann definiert werden wer ein Projekt überhaupt in einen bestimmten Status-Schritt überführen darf und wer den Status eines in einem bestimmten Status-Schritt befindlichen Projektes überhaupt ändern darf.

Optionale Status-Schritte können deaktiviert werden. Sie stehen dann künftig nicht mehr zur Verfügung.
