Hier kann definiert werden, welche Status-Schritte ein Lieferantenauftrag durchläuft. Verfügbar sind die folgenden Status: #### In Bearbeitung Der Auftrag ist ein Entwurf und wurde noch nicht versendet. #### beauftragt Der Auftrag wurde an den Lieferanten gesendet. Wir erwarten eine Rechnung und stellen das Fremdleistungs-Budget dafür bereits am Projekt zurück. #### Rechnung im Haus Eine Lieferantenrechnung zu diesem Auftrag ist bereits eingegangen. Dieser Status wird automatisch eingestellt, wenn auf der Lieferantenrechnung durch die KI (oder manuell) eine Lieferantenauftragsnummer erkannt wird. #### storniert Der Auftrag wurde abgebrochen. {% embed url="" %} ## Berechtigungen für die einzelnen Schritte definieren Im Konfigurator kann definiert werden wer eine Rechnung überhaupt in einen bestimmten Status-Schritt überführen darf und wer den Status einer in einem bestimmten Status-Schritt befindlichen Rechnung überhaupt ändern darf.
