# Benutzergruppen

## Was sind Benutzergruppen?

Mit Benutzergruppen werden Berechtigungen definiert: Wer darf Projekte bearbeiten? Wer welche Berichte einsehen? Wer darf Berechtigungen an andere Nutzer vergeben?

Ein Nutzer kann mehreren Benutzergruppen angehören.

## Administratoren

Gehört ein Nutzer Gruppe "Administrator" an, hat er damit Vollzugriff auf alle Funktionen und Daten des Systems.

Administratoren können auch anderen Nutzern Administratorenrechte einräumen.

Administratoren können sich auch in der Rolle eines anderen Benutzers am System anmelden. Das geht über "Einstellungen > Benutzer", dann den entsprechenden Benutzer aufrufen und dort auf "Mit diesem Benutzer am System anmelden" drücken.
