Remaining budgets when recording time

In the settings for time tracking it can be activated whether users should receive insight into the remaining budget of the job for which they are currently tracking time when recording time.

For this the basic setting in the system must be activated:

If I then select a job in the time tracking, up to three budget progress bars appear.

a) the remaining budget in the selected function at the selected estimate item (if this is configured that way in the job)

b) the remaining job budget in the selected function (e.g. graphic designer)

c) the remaining job budget for agency service overall.

The remaining values are specified in hours and represent, rounded up to whole hours, the average hourly rate determined so far over the course of the job.
