# Hours account

The hours account is your mini-dashboard with the most important information about time tracking. At a glance you can see whether your working time account is balanced.

You can access the hours account via Time Tracking > My Timesheet

Then select the tab "My hours account" here.\

The hours account now shows you the following data: 

* **Agreed working time:** This is calculated from the working time agreed with your company, which was stored for your user account by an administrator, minus public holidays and company holidays. The count starts on the day of your first time entry in the system for your current employment contract and ends on today.
* **Worked hours:** This is the sum of the recorded time tracking entries excluding entries for vacation and illness.
* **Vacation:** This is the sum of the recorded vacation days.
* **Sick leave:** This is the sum of the recorded sick days
* **Total:** The total is calculated as Agreed working time minus \
  Worked hours, vacation and sick leave.
