Notifications
You will receive a notification about a followup through these channels
Display of due followups in the navigation
The conspicuous red label shows the number of your due followups.
Notification by e-mail
If a user has not logged into the system for an extended period, they receive an e-mail with a note about open followups.
Notification in Slack
Users of agencies that use the messaging service "Slack" receive their followup notifications there as a direct message from the Agenturverwaltung Slack bot.
Change notification settings
Under "Settings > My Profile" each user can decide for themselves how they want to be notified.
