Jobs can be found via the search field in the job list. Project name and number, customer account name as well as customer name and abbreviation are considered.
The search also supports wildcards
A search forPPR*2020finds, for example, the jobs
PPR-001-2020
PPR-002-2020
PPR-003-2020
...
Filters - e.g. by job status - can also be set in the search. There is the option "All jobs". There are also other filters, e.g. a filter by the responsible project manager.
First of all you generally need permissions to be allowed to view jobs. Perhaps you can only see your own jobs? You can tell by the fact that there is no filter by responsible person visible in the list of jobs.
Customer accounts and jobs can be restricted to certain users. Talk to an administrator to check whether your job might not yet be released for you.
If a job was disabled for time tracking in the job settings, it no longer appears in the time tracking form.
