# Document storage in job management

On the three hierarchy levels of project management (customer, customer account and job) you can in the "Documents" tab for the respective record upload relevant **documents and share them with your team.**

![](/files/3b6e92dee9b99324921b7089ec7e5088f5d9f2ad)

For this you can simply upload a file by drag & drop or by clicking the gray box.

Uploaded documents then appear below the box and can be opened or downloaded with a click. The documents can be viewed and edited by all users with the appropriate permission.

{% hint style="info" %}
The documents are not visible on the linked hierarchy levels. \
That means a document uploaded to the job is not visible in the linked customer account or in other jobs of the customer account.
{% endhint %}

### You don’t see the "Documents" tab?

Access to the documents in job, customer account and customer can be configured for a specific user or a user group in the permission settings under Settings. You can find detailed information about the permission settings here:

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://wiki.dieagenturverwaltung.de/die-agenturverwaltung-en/projektverwaltung-1/dokumentenablage-in-der-projektverwaltung.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
