Receive e-invoices from suppliers

Die Agenturverwaltung automatically supports the capture of e-invoices from your suppliers. Since 2025, your suppliers have been required to send you digitally readable e-invoices. Whether they are XML files or PDF files with an embedded XML file, Die Agenturverwaltung displays them in a readable way for you.

In the list of purchase invoices, you can recognize e-invoices by a small green lightning icon.
