Process configurator for jobs

Under Settings > Process Definitions you can find the process configurator for jobs.

This module allows activating and deactivating job status steps and also enables configuring permissions for specific status steps.

The following statuses are available:

Active

Time can now be recorded against the job and invoices can be posted to the job. It will also appear in reports.

Closed

The job has been billed and closed.

To be billed (optional)

The job has been completed and can now be billed.

Paused (optional)

The job is currently paused.

Define permissions for the individual steps

In the configurator you can define who is allowed to move a job into a specific status step at all and who is allowed to change the status of a job that is in a specific status step.

Optional status steps can be deactivated. They will then no longer be available going forward.
