The database of your company’s agency management instance is automatically backed up by us every night at various locations. In addition, an audit trail is written during the day, which makes it possible to trace changes and, if necessary, restore them.

Do you need to restore data from a backup? Contact support; they can restore data for individual documents or roll back the entire data set.
