# Single sign-on with Microsoft or Google

The Agenturverwaltung allows you to define SSO login methods for individual users or the entire team.

#### Identity provider

You can use the following identity providers to log in to the Agenturverwaltung.

* **Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)**
* **Google Workspace**

#### Requirements

**In both cases, you don't need to activate or configure anything with Microsoft or in Google Workspace.**

**All your users then need for login is a Microsoft or Google account.**

**You simply activate the login method in the Agenturverwaltung for all users (or only specific ones). That's it.**

#### Instructions

Here is shown how it works if, for example, your company uses Microsoft accounts.\
Similarly, it also works with Google Workspace users.\ <br>

#### Security note

{% hint style="info" %}
Using the Agenturverwaltung with single sign-on is recommended. It increases data security through multi-factor authentication (MFA) and simplifies password management for your team.
{% endhint %}

#### What is SSO?

SSO stands for single sign-on. It means that you only have to sign in once with a central account and can then access multiple connected applications and services without signing in again. So one login applies to several applications: for example, if someone logs into Outlook in the morning with their Microsoft account, they can then use Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint without entering their password again, and even log in to non-Microsoft applications such as Zoom, Salesforce or the Agenturverwaltung with the same account.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://wiki.dieagenturverwaltung.de/die-agenturverwaltung-en/einstellungen-1/integrationen/single-sign-on-with-microsoft-or-google.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
