# GetMyInvoices

GetMyInvoices is a platform with which you can automatically download your regularly recurring invoices from various portals.

<https://www.getmyinvoices.com>

The supplier invoices that come into this platform can also be automatically transferred to Die Agenturverwaltung together with the original receipt.

**How does it work?**

{% embed url="<https://app.arcade.software/share/8JHqBM3hh2voR5wSG0f0>" %}

Die Agenturverwaltung checks hourly at GetMyInvoices whether new supplier invoices have been received and copies them into the purchase invoices in Die Agenturverwaltung.

They are then available in Die Agenturverwaltung under purchase invoices with the status "waiting for entry" and can be reviewed by you and assigned to jobs just like any manually created invoice.

**Duplicates are ignored**

Invoices that already exist in Die Agenturverwaltung (same date and same invoice number) are ignored.

**The integration can be set up so easily**

To connect Die Agenturverwaltung with GetMyInvoices, you need to generate an API key in GetMyInvoices and enter it together with the account ID in Die Agenturverwaltung.

How to get the information and enter it correctly is explained in the short tutorial above.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://wiki.dieagenturverwaltung.de/die-agenturverwaltung-en/einstellungen-1/integrationen/getmyinvoices.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
