Document appendix

For the print version of pro forma, invoice and estimate documents, a PDF can be stored under Settings > Finance > Document Appendix that will be attached to the end of each financial document.

The setting also applies retroactively to existing documents.

If the associated estimate is included in the PDF for an invoice (see print version settings for financial documents), the appendix document appears after the estimate.

Application examples An appendix document could, for example, contain your terms and conditions, specific payment terms, or general information about your products and services.
