Capacity planning
In capacity planning, the weekly cells are displayed in different colors - depending on whether capacity is running low soon or a person is already overbooked in the planning.
Default values
Green: Under 80% of capacity is scheduled
Yellow: 80% of capacity is scheduled
Red: 100% of capacity or more is scheduled
Under Settings > Capacity Planning these percentage values can be adjusted:
