Absence assistant

The Abwesenheitsassisten is a dialog that opens when a user opens the application for the first time on a given day.

It asks whether the respective user is working on-site at the company today or whether the absence type configured here applies for that day.

This feature is particularly suitable for self-managing teams and helps to make clear who is on-site today without the team lead having to maintain a home-office list.

If a user selects "I am not here" here, the absence configured here, "Home-Office", will automatically be recorded for today.

If the user is already absent (e.g. for training) but logs into the system, the prompt is omitted.
