Revenue category analysis
This statistic allows the evaluation of revenues by categories, provided they were used in invoices.
In our example we can see at a glance how much the Art Department and how much the department "Messe-Beratung" contributed to our sales.
Where do these numbers come from?
The values come from items of sent invoices that
a) are assigned to at least one revenue category and for which
b) the service period of the invoice at least partially falls within the selected time frame.
Revenues from invoices with status in progress or complained as well as revenues from estimates (regardless of their status) are not taken into account here.
Why are estimates not taken into account here?
Revenue categories that were used in the items of estimates are automatically transferred to the invoice when the final invoice is created from an estimate, so they are included in this statistic as soon as they have been billed.
